Yoga

Build awareness and prepare your body for birth and life as a mother.

Yoga

Prenatal & Postnatal yoga is a sacred step you can take to feel more comfortable in your body during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. An adaptable approach to yoga, it helps to strengthen and stretch your body and mind and develop a greater awareness of your breath. While focusing on gentle movement, mental centering, and connecting with your body and baby, you will learn the tools to ease physical discomfort with movement, relaxation techniques, and breathwork that can serve you both during and after pregnancy.
